Christmas atmosphere, great view of nature and cultural activities available in the town.
Poor cleanliness and hygiene, uncomfortable beds and furniture.

This hotel is located on top of a hill, providing an excellent view of the lake. The rooms with a balcony offer a stunning vista of Lake Gregory, allowing guests to truly appreciate the natural beauty of the surroundings. The staff here are very attentive and provide great service, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. Additionally, the basic amenities are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The shower could use some improvement, but overall, everything was okay.

Nos encantó la limpieza impecable de las habitaciones y las instalaciones del hotel. Además, la decoración transmitía tranquilidad y buen gusto. También valoramos positivamente el hecho de que pudiéramos utilizar las palapas como zona de relax y que tuviéramos acceso gratuito a WiFi en todo el hotel. La atención del personal de recepción fue excepcional, nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora de entrada y, además, nos asignaron una habitación superior sin solicitarlo.

The hotel's prime hillside location offered a spectacular view of the nearby lake and the surrounding lush green landscape. We loved the modern, tasteful and immaculately clean rooms with their spacious balconies, perfect for enjoying the scenery and a cup of tea. Another plus was the friendly staff, always eager to help with all our queries, and the smooth airport transfer service.
Although the hotel's location was idyllic, the access roads were a bit steep and narrow and could be unsettling for some drivers. Another downside was that the hotel did not offer any evening meals, but there were nearby restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on top of a hill, providing an excellent view of Lake Gregory. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Lake Gregory allowed us to enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of the area. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, and we enjoyed a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast.
Nothing, it was perfect.
